Hi friends I m back with a healthy rotti recipe. Rotti is a traditional South Indian breakfast dish famous in Karnataka. It is a pancake prepared from rice flour and water which is applied on to tawa. Here in this recipe a healthy twist has been given. Instead of ordinary rice flour brown rice flour has been used and topped with avarekalu / hyacinth beans.
The health benefits of hyacinth beans are many.
Hyacinth beans improve brain health as they are rich in copper, they also improve cardiovascular health, prevent cancer, support digestion, improve gum health
