Bread & Egg Diet for 8 weeks_Episode 1

For the next 8 week I will mainly eat only bread and eggs, together with a few other foods. Part of this experiment is to see if it is possible to gain muscle and be healthy by only way of exercise and intermittent fasting as the bread is the weak link in the plan.
