Well when I decided that I want to reduce the amount of gluten that I’m consuming I found out that I can make totally gluten free pitas using buckwheat green grains instead of white flour.

1 Cup of Buckwheat Green Groats
1/2 Cup of Water
1 tsp of baking powder
Salt
Coconut / Olive / Canola Oil
