Dry Vegetable Masala Recipe | Spicy Eggplant Stirfry | Desilicious Kitchen

Baingan Masaledar or Spicy eggplant stirfry is one of the best and tastiest recipes which you can prepare at home any time.
All ingredients you need to prepare this recipe are:

i) 1 kg Baingan (Eggplants)
ii) 3 tbsp oil
iii) 2 tbsp black lentils (urad dal)
iv) 1 tbsp bengal gram split chana dal
v) 1 tbsp coriander seeds (dhania)
vi) 2 tbsp tamarind (imli)
vii) 1 onion
viii) 6 flakes garlic
ix) 3 tbsp greeted coconut
x) 1 tbsp red chilli powder
xi) 1tbsp 1 t mustard seeds
xii) split black gram
xiii) 1 red chilli
xiv) 1 tbsp asafetida (hing/heeng)
xv) some curry leaves
xvi) 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
xvii) salt
xviii) jaggery (gur)
