1. Add buckwheat flour and or kefir/yogurt (both contain Phytase) to Groat or Millet flour (contain Phytic acid).
2. Soak for 48hrs or sprout Groat/Millet to remove Phytic acid. Add BE Wholegrain Liquid or Probiotic Liquid to soaking Groats/Millet.
Bread recipe: Millet/grout finely ground, couple Tbsp Buckwheat flour, kefir or yogurt with probiotics, warm water.
