Gajar ka halwa without milk it is very delicious sweet dish, गाजर का हलवा is also known as Gajrela, gajar pak and carrot halwa. In winters, in India gajar ka halwa is the most preferred dessert It is typically made with fresh red carrots, milk and sugar.

But for this recipe we have not used milk . We have made this yummy halwa for those who cannot tolerate milk and given tips for a fully vegan version too

Ingredients
Cup is 250 ml in our recipes
500 grams carrots
150 grams sugar (about 3/4 cup)
100 grams almonds 1 cup
Nuts To garnish take any nuts of your choice and slice thin
Cardamom crushed 35
Ghee 3 tbsp
