Gluten-Free Banana Bread Recipe (With Bone Broth Protein™ Vanilla)

This gluten-free banana bread recipe requires little effort and makes the perfect dessert or snack. You don’t even need a bread maker to whip up this banana bread! Enjoying this treat in the morning? Try it alongside a cup of coffee, but you definitely don’t have to. This bread is perfectly moist on its own.

How to make gluten-free banana bread:

4 eggs
3 bananas, mashed
¼ cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¼ cup honey
2 ¼ cups almond flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup Bone Broth Protein Vanilla

1. Add all wet ingredients to a bowl, stir.
2. In a separate bowl, add dry ingredients and stir.
3. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until well-combined.
4. Pour the mixture into a 9” x 5” bread loaf pan.
5. Bake for 45–50 minutes at 350 F.
