These are guilty of being really high in salt and fats and refined carbs. Your best bet would be a gluten free low carb diet. Substitute with low carb foods like quinoa for white rice, coconut flour for rice flour, lean meats and fish rich in omega 3 for heart healthy proteins. Eat spinach, peppers, asparagus, salad and the occasional sweet potato as part of your meal. Break the habit of buying pre-packaged gluten free meals in the name of convenience and shed the inconvenient pounds. They are probably well over your daily requirement of fats, sugar and salts anyway. Keep these simple facts in mind, and you will be well on your way to reaching your ideal weight.
