Sashimi, salad and meat seaweed hand rolls, egg mayonnaise, wasabi which is just horse radish paste and shirataki noodles are paleo friendly. Shirataki noodles are made from elephant yam and are gluten free and carbohydrate free. These noodles can be used in place of regular noodles or pasta in paleo recipes. This is a great way to tweak your favorite recipes and still maintain a healthy diet.
