Gluten Sensitivity and Lifestyle: A Brief Guide

This video is a brief but effective guide for beginners on how to modify their lifestyle to live gluten-free and healthy. It’s possible even in a country like India where life is unimaginable without wheat roti or tortilla. There are stores in several cities of India now that supply gluten-free groceries across the country.

Lifestyle Changes required for a gluten-sensitive person can be summed up in the following points:
1. Dietary Changes
2. Sorting Kitchen
3. Preventing Cross-contamination
4. Hydration

Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye and barley. Millions of people around the world suffer from gluten sensitivity or intolerance. From poor digestion to autoimmune diseases, undiagnosed gluten sensitivity can lead to serious health problems. There is no cure for it. Only a gluten-free dietary and lifestyle can gradually remove gluten from the body and improve health in time. It takes more than 6months to be able to see big difference in health but small changes are evident within a month. I have Non Celiac Gluten Sensitivity which impaired my health badly over a decade. Thankfully, it has been diagnosed now. I have been on a gluten-free diet for last 7months and it has helped me immensely.
