People claim celery juice helps with weight loss, digestion, improves energy, improves skin, improves hair, reduces bloating, reduce’s certain dieases and more. For a week I went on a «celery juice detox» to see if I noticed any of these benefits. I also interview a registered dietitian to really learn if celery juice has any benefits.
