This fresh tandoori roti just off the gas is to die for. The texture is slightly softer than the usual but the smokiness makes it taste just like the usual tandoori roti. I loved it and made a shawarma roll using this. I will be sharing that recipe right after this one. This roti can be made using my coconut flat bread/roti dough too.
