Lemon Pickle Recipe with Subtitles – Desilicious Kitchen / नींबू का अचार | Nimbu ka Achar

Lemon Pickle r nimbu ka achar as we say in Hindi is very popular all over India. It is tadty and nutrotious. There are many ways of making this pickle. But it is important to store it right, serve it right and above all make it right and ferment it correctly. In this video we have shown detailed step by step recipe of how to make lemon pickle with subtitles in English and Hindi. We have also explained each step in detail. To make this pickle we need the following ingredients
Big lemons 10 to cut 600 grams
Turmeric powder 1.5 tsp
Kashmiri Red chilli powder 4tbsp 
Mustard seeds powder 2 tbsp 
Fenugreek seed powder 1tbsp
Whole Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp 
Oil 1 cup sesame seed oil 
Mustard seeds 1 tsp 
Asafoetida powder 1tsp

About 15 lemons to juice (It depends on how juicy they are)

Salt about 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp (120 grams rock salt plus 2 tbsp)
