1/2 cup bajra flour-pearl millet
1/2 cup ragi flour-finger millet
1/2 cup buckwheat flour-kuttu ka atta
1/2 cup besan flour-chickpea flour
1/3 cup makki ki atta/cornmeal
1/3 cup Rajira/amaranth/ramdana
2 tbsp roasted methi seeds powder
