Mistakes when going «Gluten-Free»- How to achieve true healing

So many of my clients come to me with chronic issues ranging from digestive issues, to anxiety/depression, to psoriasis, chronic fatigue, fibromayalgia, etc. and many say they have tried a «gluten-free» diet and didn’t see any results. Thus, they conclude they aren’t gluten sensitive. This happens to so many people and then they spin their wheels trying to understand why they can’t heal. I want to shed light on some common mistakes people make trying to go Gluten Free and why they miss out on the healing benefits of an elimination diet.
