It is very healthy because I made it with quinoa. quinoa is a super food and it is very healthy paked with vitamins and minerals and also rich source of antioxident.Quinoa is good for our skin and hair.Quinoa is perfect for weight loss because it has low carb and high fiber in it. It is a seed but its taste is similer to rice so you can called it psedu cereal. Quinoa is one and only plant food which have 9 essential amino acid in it. It has double protein but fewer calorie than rice. It is super beneficial for diabetic patient because its glycemic index is very low. Anyone can enjoy it at breakfast ,lunch as well as dinner.
