hi friends in this video I shared about a traditional recipe made out of sorghum. which is very healthy and used by generations. it has excellent health benefits and very essential part of gluten free diet. helps in digestion, weight loss, prevents cancer etc., hope you all enjoy this recipe and follow the same
sorghum 2 cups
rice(raw rice)or idly rice 2 cups
sago 1 tsp fennugreek 1 tsp
urad dal 1 cup
for seasoning
oil 2 tsp
mustard 1 tsp
cumin 1tsp
urad dal 1 tsp
channa dal 1 tsp
curry leaves
onions finely chopped
green chillies 2
ginger chopped

soak all the ingredients overnight. Grind all the ingredients. allow to ferment overnight. season the ingredients in the seasoning section. mix with the batter and make soft panniarams using the goes well with the coconut chutney and tomato chutney.
