Sweet potato halwa is an easy and tasty recipe. This can be prepared for any festive occasion. But it is mostly had during religious fasts or vrath in India. Shakarkandi halwa can be made with sugar or Jaggery. We have shown the version with Jaggery in this video

Ingredients you need to make sweet potato halwa:

Sweet potato 2 (280 grams in total)
It came to 1 cup washed peeled steamed sweet potatoes
Jaggery 3/4 cup
Ghee 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1tsp
