Protein is the most important macronutrient for fat loss. Protein helps you keep and build muscle, it decreases your appetite, it also increases your metabolic rate. The problem is that protein is over-hypred and it’s not as important as many guys think it is (thanks to supplement companies pushing protein powders). In this video I am going to explain why high protein isn’t always ideal and why going for the minimum effective dose can sometimes be the more intelligent thing to do.
