So I’ve been eating a lot of mashed potatoes with vegan butter lately. Which is totally okay! Indulging in foods you enjoy every once in a while is important for mental health. BUT I did go a little overboard, so this week I’m trying to fuel my body with as many colorful, nourishing foods as I can so I can feel my best and have the energy to tackle the things I want to accomplish.
