What I Eat in a Day | Baby Edition (Gluten-free)

The question I’m most often asked is what we feed Mika (28months old), especially because we are gluten-free and sugar-free. Mika loves food and he is a really good eater (unlike me when I was a kid) and in today’s video I’m going to show you a random food day in our family. We don’t really cook difficult or time consuming meals and we make sure we (and he) get good balance between carbs, proteins and fat daily. Mika eats lots of fruits and veggies and he enjoys trying new things. We don’t cook separately for him – he shares what the whole family is eating.
Let me know if you liked this video and if you want me to make more videos on eating.
